Some of Osimhen's words from his first press conference as a Napoli player: @CastelDiSangro

Osimhen: “Motivation is important for a young player like myself. The coach and the president made me feel at home straight away. Joining Napoli is a dream come true. It's a big step up for me to be here, and I want do well in this shirt”.

"I have a great relationship with the president and the coach and I've been shown a lot of love from the fans from the start."

"The standard is very high in training. I want to continue working hard and I can't wait to play."

“I admit being skeptical of the racism situation in this country, but then I visited Naples and my vision changed”.

“The highest paid player at Napoli? Being here means that I have taken a big leap. I'm not interested in money. I intend to give my best (for Napoli).”

"What player am I? I define myself as a team player. Passion is fundamental for me, my mentality is based on never say never, everything is possible and the competition is always open. Napoli is a great club, it has great stars like Mertens, Koulibaly or Insigne."

“The cancellation of the championship in France? I continued to train at home. I then went back to see my father. How am i doing now? I'm not 100% fit, but I'm very close to it. I'll be 100% as soon as possible.”

“The advice I can give to young people in the suburbs is to never to give up. It's not easy, you have to work hard. I recommend never giving up on your dreams.”

“Joining Napoli is a dream come true. I've visited the city and the fans have given me a very warm welcome. With their support, I'm sure I can overcome anything”

“Entering the hearts of the fans with a goal against Juventus? Many Napoli fans wrote to me about it. I have every intention of helping my team, maybe even scoring against them (Juventus)!”

The source is me.

You should know that l go to a lot of clubs for games and training sessions.

Furthermore, because only a very few EPL clubs have opened their youth teams for training. I would be compromising my anonymity.

But it's not a big deal, because there is no top EPL academy that does not have a good number of Nigerian origin players in the club.

Okay. But actually I don't know you go to a lot of clubs reason I'm asking you... No wahala then... Whenever you think it is right time kindly drop their names. Gracia.

Gattuso on Osimhen

“Osimhen is a striker who gives us various game alternatives, we have the ability to change our style.”

“He knows how to attack spaces, has physical strength and will certainly give us a big hand.

“Obviously my staff and I have tactical ideas in our heads. We have quality players and we will analyze how the team will line up.”

The Saka I watched last season is not better than Onyekuru or Ejuke. And if these two players were English they would be on every football fan lip. Thats called privilege . Saka might be considerably good but if he was Nigeria he would not be playing for Arsenal rather in obscure leagues in Europe. The English knows this but the likes Sheyishemba and Charles who are devoid of any rational reasoning would not get it. Shame!

You're a very useless and shameless dude who resort to insult others when they have contradictory views with youm
MR Idenna who is not devoid of rational plz sir kindly highlight how ejuke and onyekuru is better than the third highest assiter in the EPL (saka)

They will take part in a three team friendly tournament against Aquila and Castel Di Sangro from August 28.

On September 4 being their last day of camping at the Castel, they take on Teramo.

Nigeria midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has emerged as a summer transfer target for English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur.

According to Sport Witness, Spurs have taken information on Ndidi and believe that the Leicester City star is an affordable target.

The 23-year-old starred for the Foxes in recent campaigns and would likely prove a tricky target to attain for Jose Mourinho’s side.

Ndidi has also been linked with Manchester United and Arsenal.

The talented midfielder linked up with Leicester City from Belgian club KRC Genk in January 2017.

He has featured in 120 league games and scored six times.

Maurinho is going repress the little ball playing skills left in Ndidi just like he did with Mikel...Ndidi needs to work on his ball playing skills else he will stagnate and regress.

Anaemena is pure baller but these guys always move before the team could gell and starts playiny like a unit. I remember when Christian Obiozor was signed to Enyimba and there was a massive expectations next thing he was at Kano Pillars. A lethal striker !
