With some people here shouting 'Barca will rebuild' ,I'm not understanding o,she with this same koeman abi which coach. ?
Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by BlueAngel444: 10:04am On Aug 27, 2020
Both Bayern and barca got new bosses but only one turned his failing team into world beaters, now those players performances makes some fans think their ability have always been top class. See the way common Coman performed to make some even think he is better than the average winger that he is in terms of ability.

as them talk am, no be by say you get better expensive ingredients Na by better hand way sabi cook mix stew cheesy. Madrid sacked two coaches and got Zidane back and most of those same players won la liga. Then we fans wanted half of the squad gone not because of their lack of ability but because of their performance on the pitch.

it's not by buying saka, if dem like make them buy Davies. With the wrong manager he will end up running up and down clueless and pointlessly without purpose.

Not like Barca go spend the money wisely sef . How many better players were bought with money gotten from Neymar deal?
Just saying
Na wa for most people here oh

When Neymar was sold, Barcelona went for Dembele, Everyone was happy, Fans started comparing dembele with Neymar, Coutinho too, the same, During Coutinho's debut, this thread was filled up, a guy even said Coutinho was dribbling like Messi, and he couldn't differentiate between the two from afar.

Guys on this thread insulted Griezmann when he decided to stay in Atletico in his "LA decision" video, when he finally made the decision to leave atl madrid, most people on this thread started making a "predicted 11" for the season including Griezmann in the lineup.

But, they came and they flopped(what no one expected) and now y'all are accusing the board of not spending the money wisely.

Bro...Why then did Coutinho went on loan? Griezman too is not having it easy since I want to believe he is being played out of position.
By spending WISELY, I mean barca bought players that didn't suit their style of play not that the players bought were bad.

lol, the thing shock you self. The players are good, just bad management.

even if Dembele is not a starter so he could spend the whole season being fit, and Suarez being benched doesn't cause wahala

a front three of Griezmann, Messi, Coutinho (well in any gaming console) is a lethal and deadly front.

any top team would dream of having a front three of Dembele (fully fit), Griezmann and Coutinho (in top form and proper tactics that lets them do what they are good at) [a front three worth £350m]

look at Bayern Gnabry (who knew he could be that good) Muller (that was washing and Ancelloti was benching), Perisic/Coman (which top team can this ones start in)
then in front Lewandowski they won UCL based on tactics and player performance.

which style of play
os it #passtomessi or which one?

I get that Griezmann and Coutinho are good in fast paced football and that may just be the direction Barcelona is heading, you can't maintain something you don't have the players for. Busquets cant fit in such a team. Getting the last barca manager was likely an attempt to play possessed based football which failed.

We are still saying the same thing bro. The coach couldn't utilize them in their preferred role hence their poor form.

Mcleo007:

I dont get; you let your best player leave so you can save money in wages to pay bums like S. Busquets, S. Roberto, J. Alba and co who earn far more than they deserve? For the club to pay him that much would mean they make more than double that amount from just him alone. He unarguably justifies whatever he earns however much.

A player like Messi is a symbol of the club, and with him in it, the club stands to make so much money from brand endorsements, image rights, stadium attendance and more. Overall, his presence in La Liga benefits the league, hence the uncanny admiration from The League's President who is a Madrid fan.

Messi was bound to leave at some point, either by retirement (we all hoped for this) or be sold for profit (not llookiing like it now) and the club is definitely going to suffer either way but its worse now due to the silly player investment this shitty board has been on about. A board that couldnt replace C. Puyol, Xavi H, A. Iniesta and D. ALves cant possibly replace the enigmatic GOAT. Its just basic knowledge.

Messi's desire to leave is common knowledge to all, even the trolls on this platform know this. This current team lacks what it takes to compete, and you cant blame him for refusing to waste his final years under this very regime. What he demands is simple- a working project, which is not too much to ask for. Instead, the Board keeps spending heavily on players that everyone knows wont fit. Its absurd and his frustration is understandable. His body language in the 2-8 defeat says it all, even tho we can fault his leadership for such a loss and others like it, but the man is who he is. An introvert is an introvert. Making him a leader wouldnt change that.

NB: The kind of silly analogies I read here from so-called fans and trolls is reason I, and many veterans of this thread stopped commenting. YUCK!
U made good points.
However, it is Messi's decision to abandon the club at such a dire moment. He wrote his fax himself, wishing to terminate what remains of his contract. He can't say he was pushed out.

The project is faltering, yes but what is broken can be rebuilt. He didn't want to be part of the rebuilding process. I realize he is not going to stay at the club for much longer, so I have begun moving on from him as a fan of the club.

This is a difficult moment for clubs due to the pandemic. Income has dropped significantly. Barcelona has already estimated a loss of over 300million Euros. Yet we need to build a squad that will once again compete at the very top, which means the club needs all the money it can save or get.

Messi has developed the penchant to quit when things do not go well. He has quit on Argentine a number of times after their serial tournament final losses. He has done it once again with a club who gave him everything, both as a human being and as a player.

Messi should remain at the club, yes but the rebuilding process must happen, with or without him. The club have negotiators who will figure out ways to make money and attract more investors. And players will rise to the challenge and assume more responsibility now that he is gone. So we do not need to sit back and keep mourning about someone who is over 33yrs. He has given us everything. If he leaves, we should count our losses, continue the rebuilding and perhaps look to get back on top as soon as possible.

This is my stand.

yea we are, the thing is the coach has to focus on winning games and not pleasing a player of fans of that player.

Barca fans make me laugh sometimes, 1 was asked if benching Messi guaranteed victory in a match. Would you be happy to win that match or be unhappy you didn't watch Messi play and add a goal, a dribble or assist. The fan was quiet.

I'm a Madrid fan o. But one thing Koeman may improve on is Barca's defensive and that might change alot about the team and it's fortunes.

People improve, Koeman of Holland seems better than the one that was in EPL

Lol
I could go back to post of some folks here when we bought Dembele and Coutinho

In dembouz case, everybody was just shouting "winter is here" grin and hailing his ambipedal nature and tactical flexibility.. while bringing up his impressive attacking stats

Coutinho was also hailed by everyone here with great expectations from him

Fans here were even clamouring for Jean Seri to replace Xavi cheesy cheesy

No one, I repeat no one was against the signing of Coutinho or Dembele then.. I have receipts

Apart from the exorbitant prices, I do not fault the board in any way for signing the aforementioned (Griezmann tho is another story)
So we are just unlucky that these players turned out this way....

Still our unfruitful purchases is not enough reasons for Messi to be stupid

You’re really stupid, thanks to MTN 10mb. All these years he’s wanted to stay you morons kept shouting Messi is afraid of new challenge, now he decided to leave you’re saying he’s quitting. Barcelona helped Messi and he repaid them in triple fold.

Very very biased analysis.

Like the way he quitted after Juve in '17? undecided
After Roma in '18? undecided
After Liverpool in 19? undecided

Once bitten, twice shy.
Twice beaten?
Thrice?

And what about 4 times? Suddenly he's developed a penchant for quitting?

The same man that went to Camp Nou to urge fans not to loose faith after Liverpool has developed penchant for quitting?

See, idgaf about Messi leaving, as much as you do. But you don't libel him to make some uncanny points.

You said the club gave him everything, like he didn't give the club everything?

Their relationship was a commensalic relationship, both parties were benefiting. Yes, they gave him the platform, but Messi was raking in hundreds of millions yearly. Hundreds of millions in endorsement, image rights, shirts sales, tickets, even trophies. What do you mean the club gave him everything? A club that is paying a player 95m yearly, be sure that player returns well over 150m yearly for the club.

PSG bought Neymar 222m, and recovered 222m from shirt sales in a week. You think Messi doesn't bring in over 200m for Barça yearly?

Why hasn't the club given another player everything? since it's easy to give.

I don't have problems with people who want Messi to go, but don't let your emotions be cloud your judgement...

Your analysis is very wrong! Very very!

[s]Who cares about this hogwash??

According to barCLOWNlona pessi fans anyone who didnt score in the finals, doesn't deliver or win anything... So why claiming Messi actively delivered ?? Or have youse forgotten...

Madrid UCL 2018
Euros 2016

How y'all blasted Ronaldo for not scoring in the finals, and now you want to dignify Messi ...

Give yourself brain [/s]
Stop hallucinating and reasoning with your anus.

The talk of Ronaldo for not scoring in a final is a direct response to idiots who say that Messi is a flop because he missed a penalty in the final or he didn't win in a final.
And that explains the point that you only win a final if other team mates step up and score.

Also stressing the point that Ronaldo didn't score in a final is to buttress the fact that teams win tournaments not individuals and someone else needs to score when Messi is not scoring.

In summary People only started talking about finals when idiots began calling Messi a flop because he didn't win a final even after excellent performances.

So get your head out of your a** right now.
