Psychology, for instance, can conveniently fall under both the social sciences and the art. I have seen psychology fall under any of social sciences and the art in universities across the world.

Fine art should be a core art faculty course.

Well LAUTECH can be funny. I did FAA 101 and 102 as a Physiology Undergraduate alongside other students faculty notwithstanding.
Some from my faculty also took in in 200L. And as funny as it can be I took a Regional Planning course in my 400L. My guess is over the years our academicians realized fine arts is more relevant as a science than as an art abi how else would we have learnt how to draw complex cross sectional diagrams of the human anatomy and histological representations.

I've had this argument with someone concerning this Fine Art in faculty of environmental science or Art.

When you compare fine art with the other courses in the faculty of Art, you would realise that it is kinda out of place.. Compare Fine art with English, literature in English, foreign languages, philosophy, Religion, Mass com. Do you now see how it is out of place there?

Sincerely big brother is watching down to things they say in that house, if you talk anyhow, you will see anyhow.
