Good morning mamas Please I have a 20 month old daughter that pees with her pants on and when she's done she either brings the potty to us or plays with the pee before we get there. She can't just pee, get up and leave. She even pours it on the floor sometimes. All these happens when I'm busy and not there to monitor her. Meanwhile, she doesn't touch when it's poop. Please how do I train her to start pulling her pants down and stop touching the potty? Thanks a lot. |

Good evening mamas and papas. I gave birth in June and recently I noticed that anytime I poo, my anus will be paining me especially when the poo is hard. This has never happened to me before. Is this related to childbirth? Has anyone experienced this? What can I use? Please help! Thank you. |

Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by mayluv(f): 6:39am On Aug 29, 2020 |
ijeije123:Hello mama, I don't think fontanelle has anything to do with baby crying at night. Some babies have varying degrees of colic which makes them uncomfortable, hence the crying. The fontanelle usually closes up on its own within 18 months or so. Just try as much as possible to comfort your baby. If you notice he squeezes himself, it may be his tommy and you can try burping regularly after feeding and the bicycle exercises for tommy for babies. If you still feel worried, take the baby to the hospital for correct assessment. Big hugs mama. You are doing great. 4 Likes |

ijeije123: From what I’ve heard oka* could be caused by dehydration . Increase his feeds, use bottles if need be to be sure he’s getting enough milk. Herbs can be tricky to administer d one isn’t sure of the components and dosage to give the child . 2 Likes |

ijeije123: Please don't give herbs, may be harmful to your baby. If you're worried about the fontanelle, just constantly feed baby coz he may be dehydrated. My experience; my son's fontanelle was looking like its pressed inside and I was told to apply silver bird I didn't cos I know the silverbird is harsh. I decided to drink lots of water and feed him like every hour. Now it's back to normal. 3 Likes |

Her nose is filled with mucus, I have applied shear butter on four head and bridge of nose, little silver bird to her cloths. She is finding it abit hard to breath when you lay her to sleep |

Ayaoye: 2 weeks is tender o. Can you get the mucus out to ease her breath. Continue to breastfeed her well. Sliver bird on her cloth may be too close and choking as long as she's wearing the cloth. Why not put it in one of her washcloth or handkerchief and place it around her bed. Also, i think you can try steam inhalation with just a few drops of sliver bird, and you might not need to cover both of you with towel during the process (my opinion tho) because I think baby is tender. About the Shea butter, just a little, put on the bridge of the nose and her soft spot ( not forehead) kisses to her 1 Like |

Pls mummys and daddys in the house, what do I do to stop my four months old son from sucking his hands. His sucking is not due to hunger cos he sucks even when he just finish breastfeeding, he must suck before he can fall asleep if not he’d just be crying and struggling to sleep. If I use hand mitten, he soaks it up n that still doesn’t stop him. His sucking doesn’t affect his feeding cos he’s feeding pattern didn’t change, my husband said I should leave him that he would out grow it but I became worried again when I read of someone here saying it would affect his dentition. Secondly is his pooing pattern, he poops once in a week now, maybe because I’m beginning to introduce solid foods to him, and he doesn’t like drinking water cos I’m not sure if breast milk would help digest the solid foods cos his poops is always hard. Pls how do I go about this cos I even give him orange like every other day cos he’s sweet mouthed hoping the orange will help but still it doesn’t. Pls I really need your replies. I’m a FTM @nameflow, @zayne @all mummies and daddies |

Experienced mamas in the house pls help o. How long does it take for circumcision to heal? My DS is just 24days. Though he's not crying much and we've been applying penicillin. I just want this thing to heal fast as I don't like the sight of it (a bit swollen). It's been 4days since we circumcised him. |
