I love this write-up is just that you failed to talk about the clause:
1. If you determinate your investment before majority you lose 70% accrued interest and 10% OF DEPOSITED INVESTMENT CAPITAL.
2. If the company default you can only get land equivalent to your money.
3. You can only take your case civil and arbitration law.
4. Three months notice is required to terminate your investment.

Note:
These are some of the things in the company Deep of Agreement.

So Mr Francis what can you say about this CLAUSE?

If aboki go bank deposit his money for it to be debited by CBN for dollar purchase and it takes too long to Actualise only $10k,they'll resort to alternative sources again which will shoot up cost to meet bubbling demand.
And don't forget this time around international flights will be open to whip up demand very well for an underfunded Currency market
CBN don use your head play ludo if you think you will see dollar 386 buy next week

I love weak naira no doubt but it's for our greater good.
What will happen tomorrow and next week will be panic.
People will rush to sell off and price will go down...
After sometime,the realities will show and price will stabilise in the 400s range even with CBN weekly intervention.

that the problem u dont have info and data more than the cbn ....am very sure u dont even understand how bdc works ....bdc and black markets only feed less than 10 percent of the markets ....real and legal dollars consumping enterprise use form m while students use form A and travellers use bta and pta ....some other people in their hunderd will also fly into Nigeria with their dollars to change...

There are so many trading commodities out there, find one that is safe and trade on daily basis, every week i invest hundreds of thousands Naira with a minimum of 25% profit on every investment, some investments make 4% but this one only sits to wait while the high yielding investment become available.
