I don't think so. The last ones were made in '86! I doubt you'd want to risk stressing the fuselage with its full payload of a modest 1.1 T,4X less than the TAV. Also the Bronco frankly is underpowered with its uprated engines maxing out at 1020 shp still way below the TAV at 1070 shp..

Better to pay 12-15 mn$ max for a 12 ship TAV squadron or 144-180 mn$ and wait 6 mos or a year for full delivery.

If the USAF can deploy the OV10 Bronco to great effect albeit it upgraded in fighting against ISIS in Mosul. Then l would be very happy in procuring 60 of these aircraft for the NAF that could be be acquired for next to nothing.

That would be a complete game changer in the NE.

I could add that Peruvian Airforce have replaced there over priced and expensive A29 Tucano and replaced them with the Korean KAI K1 attack aircraft.

Coming to cost, please consider that we get a full package including guides bombs, training, spares and ground installation and not just a air-frame in flyaway condition.

1. Now when a country is buying military hardware from another country, it's a whole different thing entirely because there's no room for corrupt government but mostly military officials to sale under the radar at that cheap price.
2. Bureaucracy: I'm sure you also know Nigeria does not have allies or enemies in global politics and prefer to maintain a neutral stand at all times. Now having a natural stand can have a negative effect coz these guys don't see any reason or treaty to compel them to give you weapons in fact we don't have military partners until of recent when NAF partnered with Pakistan.
Just coz I'm not using something does not mean I have to someone just coz they said they need it.
It'll be difficult for any NATO country to give us free weapons they're not using just coz we asked for it.
In eastern bloc, most sale of weapons are done through backdoor channels and Nigeria isn't doing that now so getting "cheap weapons" isn't easy and it's always followed by circumstance.

The team of Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria(DICON) paid a courtesy visit to the CEO of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing(IVM), Chief Innocent Chukwuma at his Nnewi factory in Anambra State on 26th August 2020 as the duo is set to partner in the production of MRAP EZUGWU.


DICON in collaboration with the Command Engineering Depot(CED) produced a Mine Resistant Armoured Protected Vehicle named EZUGWU MRAP which has been deployed to the North-East by the Nigerian Army to be used for executing insurgency operations.
The team intends to further partner with IVM in order to produce more military-grade vehicles, patrol vehicles, and soft
Skin vehicles for the Armed forces and other security agencies.
The DICON Team which comprises of Maj.Gen V.O. Ezugwu, DG DICON (Team Lead), Mr. Livingstone Nwaigbudu ( Director P&BD), Engr. Shedrack Agbo (Consultant DICON/CED Imperium Nig.Ltd), and Engr. Terra Addingi (Consultant DICON/CED) took a factory tour of the IVM facility in the company of Chief Chukwuma and other key members.
According to the team lead, Maj.Gen V.O. Ezugwu, who was impressed with the facilities on the ground; said the collaboration with IVM is inline with the FG’s drive to boost local content and encourage indigenous production in the country.
Chief Innocent Chukwuma was also very delighted to receive the team and promised to partner and support DICON in its production in order to assist the FG in its fight against insurgency in the country.
