I will use a human explanation to describe a foreshadow of it: While Abraham was paying tithe to Melchizedek, Levi was in him; and Levi paid tithe in Abraham.

The Son (Jesus) was in the Father: He proceeded out of the Father and was with the Father in the beginning and He remained God. (John1:1) Because they have one Spirit: the Holy Spirit.

Spiritually speaking Adam = Eve, even though they were two persons, they were one flesh.[I don't expect you to understand]
when God blessed man and gave instructions; Eve was in man : that she was brought out doesn't change anything (it was for fellowship; from "in him" to "with him" : for this reason shall a man cleave to his wife and the two shall be one flesh. How much more they that are one Spirit?
