Once one knows the ministry, agency or parastatal, there is a unified salary scale prepared by NSIWC to make the salaries uniform for every civil servant working in similar ministry, agency or parastatal.

My Senator and a Minister did not picked my called or replying text; My HoR (he read my first message on whatsapp without reply, after two weeks, I sent another one requesting for Recommendation Letter, he blocked me immediately after reading it) and a Head of an Agency also block me on whatsapp after reading my messages. I don't know what to do again ooo. If anybody have better ways, please drop it here so people like me can learn.

It’s very sad how this thread has become an every other day quarrel, funny enough I have been on this thread for a while when it was still at page 200 and something and people have talked about alert at one time IPPIS didn’t pay on time and government workers here started telling each other when their alerts entered and it wasn’t an issue, I’m honestly surprised at the quarrels
Anyway Las Las those who know, know that this thread has lost the substance it once had, most of the people Commenting lately aren’t even familiar to the group and have never brought in good information
The main goons who give updates are quiet, So how do we get the information to move for the jobs, now 5 pages are filled with insults, for those who were wise enough to personally relate with others outside this thread are the ones who will be getting first hand information now because no one will want to share legit information here anymore with this amount of quarrels on a daily basis

I Connor with your assertion, alot of people don't know why they are on this platform you argued to the extend that it degenerated in to
an insult. May people have vital infor, the attitude of some guy makes them declined to share it. Pls it is high time we learn to be civil. Some people knows most of what you guy are arguing on but they choose to be silent becos of the attitude put on by some guys. 1.) No need patronizing the person. Go straight to the point.
2.) Pretend it's a job you are applying for. State your qualifications.
3.) State your aptitude for informal work or blue collar job. He might have his own personal establishment.
4.) If you must send evidence use screenshots. PDF files must be clicked on to view but screenshots are images, they will be seen.
5.) If you get no response. Don't text again for a month. But don't send happy new month or happy Sunday message. Make a text analyzing a recent happening, even if it is controversial. Don't expect a reply.
6.) Still no response. Wait for 3 months. Send a text asking him to allow you call him by say 2pm. If he replies with another schedule fine. If he doesn't reply fine. If he says ok fine. Call at that time. If he picks fine, if he doesn't pick fine. You know now, he doesn't want to help. You leave them an emotional blackmail message. Do not insult o.
7.) Don't call or text again.
