There's only one true Dracula, although some authors like Stam Broker adopted the character in his fictional novel, with the same title. I am not sure if there is any relationship between Vlad Dracula( impaler) of Transylvania and the character in any fictional work. But I believe similarities may occur in some instances.

Vlad Dracula the 3rd was a Wallachian prince, he had nothing to do with Transylvania.
