This to show your guys that prop firm you see are merely for naive traders.

copied... Here it is, for $550 you get funded (AKA $52,000 buying power). Maximum loss allowed $520.... There is a lot size limit similar to trading a $500 account. This $52,000 buying power is for the naive people only looking at the big number but not thinking. Basically, you are funding your own account for $550 and then if you pass they get a cut out of it. So signing up with them does not make any sense. It's similar to depositing the $550 to a broker and you are not chained to a rule and all profit are yours. Wow all these prop firms popping up. I guess too many suckers falling into this scheme. The passers money from profit is I bet from all the suckers that keeps failing the challenge and retrying.

Prop firm large account numbers are an illusion. It is not possible to use them without violating the risk management rules. That goes for all of these companies. I believe that the business model of all these companies is to pay the few winners with the money of those who fail in the challenges and keep paying money to start again.

There is no point in saying that they are giving you 100k to trade, but if you lose small % of it, you are disqualified. You cannot use the potential of a 100k account without breaking the rules.

Example, What's the point of having an account of 10,000 if you won't be able to use that firepower without violating the rules . It is pure illusion.

gold closed the week with a higher low, the way i see it there are two scenarios. would consider entering a buy at the pullback from the high for scenario 1 else scenario 2 which would just continue the correction.

Ok, I am looking at this simple strategy for a start: Risk 1%(stop loss) of my balance and targeting 2 x Risk (2%) for every trade (may rope in more but that would strictly be on trailing stop) . 3 trades a day, hoping to keep my success rate at 40% . If my calculation is right I am looking at returning 15% of my bank roll every month. Someone was telling me that I cant do it. Now, I am really fired up.

It will be hard to see such a strategy like that, is better u aim for a realistic target like 5 percent or 2 percent am not saying you can make 15 percent in a month, even have made 80 percent in a month in forex but such a strategy that will be making 15 percent consistently will be very hard to see,
