Most ladies 'get hungry' during their ovulation phase or the lead-up to ovulation.

Every lady has her own ways.

Hormones and feelings of weakness, headaches, back pains, abdominal pains. Some ladies are perfectly ok when they are on their period because many ladies experience the worst phase of the cycle a few days before their period.

It feels like something is trying to pull something out.

The menstrual cycle is not rocket science. Every lady is different but the cycle is more or less the same.
