Hello all. Seeing the debate about interlocking and stamped concrete, I'm curious why most people don't go for landscaping and concrete for the walkway only. What are the advantages of common practices against landscaping and concrete? Water sprinklers are very cheap and DIY friendly. Looks like a no brainer to me but I'm sure I'm missing something.

Landscape is good, what are the advantage and considering the little space we have in places like Lagos and Owerri, is it feasible?

What do you do when you want to relocate your pump from one side of the building to another side?

I hope that he’s able to cough out your money asap. His bank account might be empty but he may have some assets that can be trade off to retrieve your money.
I don’t know the legal interpretation of what he did but I believe that he can be handled better in the naija way and he go pay.
There are great and reliable building contractors and Site engineers on this forum. We equally have few bad ones like this one. Some are not capable of handling complex and technical jobs but they will use sugarcoated posts to lure clients and then mismanage the money given to them
Next time, pls do your search properly by asking questions about the character behind the username you intend to patronize. Some have rebranded, repackaged and have changed their usernames but old forum members sabi their way.
And finally, the mod should look into the activities of this scam artist called HsLBroker.

In my estate, a tenant cannot move in if the landlord is defaulting to the HOA. The tenant and his/her spouse will be interviewed by the estate management team before they can even pay the house rent. They’ll submit their CVs and an interview will be scheduled.

To pack out of the estate, the tenant need a clearance letter from their Landlord and to obtaining this means they’ve cleared all their outstanding dues.
