Ovitbaby:Nothing like low tuition university in Australia, an average Msc fee per semester in any university is close to 4m, with your years of experience have a look at the PR thread. |

Good morning everyone.......Trust we’re all doing great this morning.........please I have a question.........can a student working in Europe sponsor his brother in Nigeria?.....I’m asking because of his student status in Europe.....I don’t know if that will be a stumbling block.....the Agent said it’s cool but I’m being cautious. |

Hello guys, I applied to University of Southern Queensland for an Msc in health and community. the course is an external one. Will i have a problem obtaining visa , also i do not really understand what the world eternal mean. |
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by alao1981: 8:33pm On Aug 21, 2020 |
zeb04:I believe it means it is a fully online/external course and I think you are not entitled to apply for visa since you are not studying on campus. I may be wrong, so you can wait for others to comment. |

My dear brother/Sister, I don't think there's any hope of flying to Australia this year. They claimed to be have started processing visas this August but as at now that hasn't happened. Even with the pilot program going down next month for Adelaide, that's just for Hon Kong, Singapore, Japan and China. So all indications point's to next year, I personally was hoping for October November but with the way things are going am not hopeful at all Kess2020: 1 Like |

Hello House, I have been offered admission in UTAS and cleared with all the paper work to make payment for fees. My course start date is Feb, 2021. I am just thinking aloud if borders will be opened at that time. If not, is it worth paying fees when you cannot start the program and just lock-up your funds with the school. Please I need advice. Thank you |

sirtony5: You will easily get an accounting course or in related field for Msc. However accounting is one of the most competitive skill for PR. They mostly only invite people with at least 90points. Its advisable you do your IELTS now to boost your application. Yes your sibling anywhere in the world can be your sponsor. |

Amahjosh: IT related courses is the new gold. If you can finish with a distinction honours and the present visa policies remains thesame, you can get your PR in about 3 - 10 weeks through the global talent visa stream. There is a lot of prospect and opportunity for lT fields in AU & worldwide mainly (Data science, Artificial intelligence, Cybersecurity, modern networking & programming and the likes) All schools offering the course in AU are good. Any sibling or family member can sponsor you irrespective of their names, you just have to show the evidence of the relationship between you and sponsor. |

titila: Nothing is guaranteed yet as per opening of borders but i believe the borders will open by next year. So yes, its worth paying fees now and lock your money in, get your COE and apply for your visa asap. Moreover, the naira situation will get very worse soon as the economy is witnessing a negative rate growth, so the longer you wait, the more you will end up paying. Should the borders not be opened before feb, you can always defer resumption to next entry. Worst case, you can always get you refund from school if plans change. 1 Like |

creativefun: http://cricos.education.gov.au/Course/CourseSearch.aspx The link will help you filter schools with respect to your course. If you click on each school the search brings, you will see the course duration and estimated total fees of the course. If its a 2 years course, divide the fees by 4 to know your initial deposit. Bear in mind the fees there does not include the health insurance yet. Get a school, Gather your docs, Apply for admission, They will likely refer you to an agent, Complete your application, Get a conditional offer, Fulfill the condition, Get admission & COE, Re-gather your documents, Apply for visa, Get visa. The best way to get visa is to submit sufficient documents( especially home ties & proof of fund) and having an English test score. 3 Likes |

Congratulations Softkey. You appear to be a very patient person. Until now I have never heard of a request to be reassessed. Can you share on that please. Can you please tell me what Processing Office processed your second Grant. Out of curiosity were you out of school from when you lodged a 2nd visa grant? Many thanks Softkey: |

Yes, it was a daring and risky choice/method but was very prepared. I applied onshore but was surprised all email correspondence from the CO was South Africa. All messages I got were from different COs. And a point I stopped putting CO name in prayer . Lastly, I was issued a bridging visa the following day I submitted my application. But the status stated inactive and the condition stated I can continue studying till the outcome of the new visa application is out. By the way, I’m not a patient person but IMMI would surely humble anyone akinke: |
