It's sad that year in, year out, all we hear are schemings for the next election. It's 3 years to the election and we are already hearing of where the presidency should and should not go. No efforts at all at developing the nation. I don't care which zone, I all crave is a working Nigeria and leaders who have Nigeria at heart. 1 Like |

A lot of people dunno why the Ibos are more interested in getting the APC presidential ticket than PDP's ![]() They simply want a situation that presents a win-win situation for them regardless of the outcome of the election. A PDP (non-Igbo) winner will be be a victory of sort to them as they will be re-aligned with the centre after just 8years in opposition, while an APC(Igbo candidate) win will bring about the long-sought Ibo presidency ![]() This is the only logical explanation as to why they're more fixated on getting APC ticket while they rarely make mention of getting the PDP ticket. I think this is what might happen APC deliberately lets a SWer contest PDP gives the ticket to tambuwal/wike PDP’s decision will upset SE PDP, but to get their “revenge” on the SW, they will vote for the tambuwal/wike combo PDP will likely win in a landslide, but rumblings from the SE faction will arise. APC, now led by someone other than tinubu, will capitalize on this and venture into the SE and MC/ Middle belt In 2027, APC will then present a SE/MB combo and with massive support from the SW, SE, MB and parts on the niger delta are core north, will likely win then. Just my thoughts tho |

NORSIYK:But your votes are inconsequential, it couldn't keep Jonathan in office, even Atiku lost woefully despite getting 100% of SE votes. So your votes counts for nothing in the scheme of things ![]() 6 Likes |

PDPdestroyer: Just the same way your inconsequential votes couldn't give Olu Falae win, neither did your votes give awolowo victory. 2003, 2007 and 2011 your worthless votes didn't give buhari, Atiku and Ribadu victory 1 Like 1 Share |

NORSIYK: Well...you did so last year 2019...you voted for a Northerner of PDP extraction, what came out of it? Absolutely Nothing! Make una focus una energy on things that will move your personal lives forward...leave these politicians alone. They don't know you, they don't care about you, they don't give a hoot about you. I know some of them politicians personally even along family lines, if some of them don't give a hoot about some people they know who aren't of their class/level, how much more you who they don't know? Do you think you can go to Otuoke and knock on GEJ's gate and DSS will not lock you up in their guard room? Can you just approach Atiku, a former vice president without DSS stopping you and whisking you away? These politicians are not worth it, Bro! |

Analysis on point! I have always said that Asiwaju’s strategy would be to pull all the opponents towards himself, and when all attention and defenses are on him he will pass the ball on to Osinbajo and you can bet that he won’t miss the goal. Especially as he is a popular VeeP. Asiwaju has never been desperate for office. He loves politics and the intrigues that go with it. It’s a huge hobby for him. And whenever he surveys the political terrain, he is sure to take the right decisions, including sacrificing whatever ambitions he is said to have. All the best to Nigerians in 2023! priceaction: 1 Like |

The Igbos are too sensible to fall for your trick. If PDP presents a northerner to win back the presidency, we will support because only PDP has our interests ultimately. The only condition is if APC presents an Igbo candidate then PDP will present an Igbo candidate as well. PDP winning the presidency is the sacrifice all old Eastern region must work towards. helinues: |

On why no one from the South West is currently in the picture, our source said: “The person might not necessarily be a current member of the PDP. We do not want to unnecessarily expose our candidate. The only party that has the clout and wherewithal to confront the APC is PDP.” I see Akinwumi Adesina in this picture. 2 Likes |

So why haven't an Igbo man been president since 1966 to 2015 before Kanu came if Kanu is responsible for damaging Igbo chances? Why hasn't the terrorism in the North perpetrated by Northerners damaged their chances. This general hate and envy for Igbos whilst using people who were not voted for as excuse is obvious to even the blind. Was Kanu voted for?which mandate is he holding? Charmingrascal: |
