Element Mega.

Over 18 months now.

My Element Mega got stolen, so I got the Element Force. Bass is crazy, battery life could be better, connectivity is great, it looks rugged enough....but I encountered same problem with both which is blown speaker.

Can I open it and fix it? Maybe sew it or glue it....

That store responds very late to any kind of enquiry. So just chill and wait, one Sarah something will respond.....

they will not respond. They sent me a USB type C cord. The item didn't come after 114 days. I sent them messages. Till now, they haven't replied my messages. Thank God I received the item after a month BP expired. Contact them through their Facebook post, they reply faster there

You should know that when you got refunded.. Aliexpress paid you and the seller same amount. Thats why its aliexpress standard shipping... Aliexpress handles it unlike china registered mail and others. So the person you are to chat is aliexpress customer service.. You will pay them.. If you pay the seller. It means she got double money.

I thought that AliExpress standard shipping is protecting the buyers money and not insuring the goods for the seller
If AliExpress pays the seller then why do sellers struggle to avoid paying the buyer if they'd still get paid by AliExpress. I don't see the sense there.

When you pay fr an item on aliexpress... Aliexprsss team act as escrow.. Wen u receive and confirm seller dey pay d seller.. If d item is lost in transit.. Since d shipment was handled by aliexpress.. Dey hav to pay u and d seller... But if d item has issue problem.. Dey only pay u and dont pay d seller.. D issue of ppl receiving refund and payin d seller again.. Dem jus de use am hammer... Unless its not aliexprezs standard bfr u pay seller directly... Dere is one xiaomi seller dat told me then wen i want to open dispute... He said please after BP expires open dispute aliexpress wil pay both of us since the shipment was made by dem... Dats hw i got to knw all this since 2018. I can imagine d ppl dos sellers don hammer frm...

that's true. All refund of delivered AESS goods should be channelled towards the AliExpress c; unless it's a case of another courier

Does anybody know whether Polaris bank card works on Aliexpress, and how much is their naira rate to dolla? I've long ago stopped using their ATM card. But they sent me an Email two days ago that their international monthly spending is restricted to $300.

Aliexpress never pays sellers after a refund to buyers! In my own case, I chatted with Aliexpress human agent concerning such order and her response was that I should contact the seller to arrange for payment, which I did. Meanwhile, I had already chatted the seller to know whether the order was returned to her store or payment made to her store, by Aliexpress( being the logistics company), even before I finally received the order. But her response was 'when such parcels get lost in transit and we contact logistics companies for payment, we don't normally get response from them, and that amounts to a loss to our store.

In another scenario, I opened a dispute concerning a mobile phone costing $108 and got my refund thinking that Aliexpress had already settled the seller either through payment or by returning the mobile phone to their store. About a month later, after my refund, I received a very lengthy message from the company. They are asking whether I've received the phone or not, that the'd already refunded my money, therefore I should be honest enough to pay them for the phone if I'd got it. (This is a phone I ordered in March but up till this moment , I'm yet to receive the parcel). They also said they might stop shipping to my country bla bla bla. In my reply, I told them to relax, that I'm yet to receive the order, assuring them that if I eventually get it , I'll pay them their money.....

my Oga saint2ace don respond well. Just sell it and reasonably and send their money to them. Discuss with them on the Forex ish, I'm sure they'll gladly accept your offer. You can pay them via PayPal too

This is debatable, sir and I don't want to dabble into it as I'm less knowledgeable about it. All I know is, dispute on logistics handled by AliExpress Standard Shipping are resolved by AliExpress.

But Iv been a platinum member since feb 2020 and no points have been added since then. I know I won’t just get to the next level until I have more than 1500 points. But at least the number of my points is supposed to be goin up since I shop a lot and do all the necessary things to upgrade.
