Now back to your matter, even if APC ticket goes to the north, south east will still not be considered because it is a strong base for the PDP. Picking a VP there will be irrelevant for APC because they will still lose. Trust me, if APC gives the north the ticket, the VP slot will definitely goes to the south south.

This may be hard for you to swallow, Kalu does not have strong influence in APC. He doesn't even have the full structure of APC in Abia state let alone the south east before talking about the whole of Nigeria.
