Very balanced sound output, not overly loud. Am okay with the volume at about 70% max
The touch functions are okay too, my only problem is that it doesn't disconnect when u put it back in it's charging case nor pause when u remove it from Ur ears. U have to manually shut down by long pressing before returning to the charging box.

All in all quite good and the call function is the best as Ur caller can hear u clearly during call.
