I just talked with a staff and most of them don't know the date for the interview at times decisions arent known by staffs but the ES and directors alone not even managers depends on there closeness to the ES. I was trying to settle the CBN HR sending NCDMB job link to someone. All these one said, another said, the NCDMB had said the guiding principles of recruitment from the disclaimer. Assuming we can get someone in Federal Xter Commission , we can still have more information because whether NCDMB is anonymous or not , FCC must have been briefed.

The issue of recruitment is underway,each and every state of the federation must be represented including FCT, therefore if you applied just keep on praying, what someone is destined to get will come to you,south south and south west has the highest number of staff in NCDMB base on that, it has to be balance. Finally pray hard to be there,it is a place to be.We know how Nigeria is now and before,in any recruitment , there must be merit list and otherwise, no any other agency can employ dummy staff that can not contribute anything to the development of the organization,note that each and every post had it's recruitments,people should stop disturbing themselves, base on the fact that once God wrote before anybody were born that so so person will work in NCDMB no body will stop that,we should just wait and see What God will do as long as people applied. I believe that before the second week of September a d towards ending of the month some people will jubilate no one can tell you the exact date and time and date but all I know is that ,it is being processed.

Point of correction, FCC doesn't put into consideration the existing staff in an establishment but solely on the current recruitment. They only make sure every state is represented in any recruitment. Even though some states might have more numbers than others. They are less concerned about existing staff

(1) The overall best Chemical Engineer is from Imo state but he is the 3rd best candidate from his state.
(2) The 2nd best Chemical Engineer is from Ondo state and he is the overall best candidate from his state.
(3) The ES sister-in-law is among the top 20 Chemical Engineers and she is from the community where NCDMB tower is situated.
(4) The 4th best candidate is from Lagos state, a good friend of Jagaban and he is also very prayerful.
(5) There is only one applicant from Jigawa state and he is a Chemical Engineer.

The list can go on and on and on. You will agree with me that it won't be an easy decision to pick the final candidate.

My brother let us all pray to be there though I applied for experience hire with 11 years working experience(under social science/human resource) and am 37 years which is in tandem with their age requirement in the advert that u should not exceed 40 years as at August 2020 so at August 2020 am 37 years old.
