Messi has declined by 50% the remaining 50% he wants to use it to cash out at Manchester City....

All of us at Manchester City welcome him with both hands if he joins us and help us in our champions league chase.....

Yes in decline as the dribbler and amazing goal scorer he was once. But now more experienced, and am awesome playmaker. Plus the dribbling hasn't left him, and the occasional burst of pace. Still the best in the business.

Even at 80, Messi is still the GOAT.
So what's the purpose of this thread when we all know this

He is still good but no longer exceptional. But he is above an average player. For someone to score 20 goals and 20 assists in one season speaks volume. But the prize tag on him is too high. I rate him €250 million.

As old as he is, he is still one of the top 3 players in the world. So he has got to be one of the top 3 most expensive, if not the most expensive.

A team with solid defence like City is just what Messi needs. So he can concentrate on midfield and attack. You will see that his form will shoot up again. Messi go still win UCL like 5 times before he retire. Una go c. The guy is just a bundle of extraordinary soccer talent. I wish him the best as he leaves Barcelona

Let me respond to your headline : you can ask Batamou why he doesn't want him to leave even at the price tag on him.

MEGA4BILLION:
Most of the players who force their transfer with total disregard to their mother clubs do not perform well for the new club.
He is not forcing his transfer. It is Barcelona that is forcing their way to keep him. It's not fair to him at all. He has not won UCL in how many years simply because the stupid management of that club refused to buy and build a solid defence. So he should waste the remaining part of his career for wot na? Barcelona should respect their sef, dis guy is the Club's greatest legend among the other legends the club ever had including the likes of Cruff. Is dis aw they should b treating him? E no gud

How many did RONALDO DE LIMA carry, yet he emerged one of the best players in the World today..
Even better than CR7..?
Must one carry everything...?
Even PELE, the god of soccer didn't lift every trophy.
MARADONA didn't...
Not even Ronaldinho...who lost Olympic Gold Medal..

At 33....still doing more than debrune is doing in his prime....At 33..still wining the pinchichi...at 33....breaking Assist record set by Xavi in his prime......
messi is still messi.... In a man city sqaud dat is already gud....We could just be seeing the messi we saw at 23....or maybe someting worst.......
Messi is still more better and valauable than most of the young players at d moment....and beside his on field contribution...messi to man city will definitely bring enormous revenue to both man city and the premier league.........
