What proof do you have that it is not a qualified but corrupt individual that is preciding over NNPC, Rome was not built , sure we have our hard times just like every country in the world had there's, but we shall prevail. Do you know the kind of grants, received by that ministry, abroad and locally? The money invested into that ministry?. Do your research!!! no tribe is lacking in this government.
