Elders in the house, what am I going to avoid being blocked,
Delete your rider's app from the phone where you have your drivers app running. There's always an interference between these two apps when they run instantaneously and this triggers a signal to the far end of the uber server. This message is what returns when such signals are received at the far end of their server.

You're right. Just like owners were withdrawing their cars from drivers that couldn't meet up with 40/35k those years. Sebi they have found drivers that are still remitting 40/35k now.
Govt isn't responsible for Uberbolt still maintaining the ridiculous, it is chiefly an act of exploitation from Uberbolt because they care less about the cara on their platform.

We keep lowering the standard because we cant demand for a better fare that's in tandem with present economic realities in our country. Gradually, the era of 30k weekly remitrance is gradually fading away. Very soon, we will start debating about 25-15k weekly remittance.

You talk about withdrawing your cars from the platform or drivers as If you're doing people favour with your cars being on the platform. If the business isn't lucrative, would you have invested in it?
Whatever happens to ehailing sector that makes you eventually withdraw your cars means one source of revenue blocked for you. Take it or leave it.
If you think low fare doesn't affect you, I dare you to ask for 40-35k remittance like the good old days. Can you? That's is the aftermath of low fares on everyone.

[b]I will not hesitate to withdraw my vehicle from driver that cannot meet up my 27k rent. We are all in this suffering together.

Uber/Bolt are business entities, they force no one to join their platforms.

Go and protest against the government u vote into power, not channeling ur energy against corporations that has nothing to do with government.

You're with uber/bolt bc they can give u passengers, the day they are unable to give you passengers u will say goodbye to them, when they call u to come and drive 4 them, na swear u go give them.

LOL. Weldone sir. A financially conscious person will be worried about every kobo rise in cost of running a business.

Let me burst you. Do you know you can use this same analysis as if the price increase means nothing till the price gets to 500?

Imagine from 160 to 170, sebi it is just a 10 naira difference.
From 170 to 190, sebi it is just 20 naira difference.

.......and it goes like that.

Govt has nothing to do with faring, all I'm saying is drivers should ask for a better pricing from UberBolt.
BRT, NRC, and even FAAN like every other things have increased in prices

Weightless:

Subtract 162- 148 = 14naira difference
so if u buy 30 litres now, dat will be 14naira x 30= that 420 naira whch is just not to 3litres of fuel.
Now if u buy in a tampered filling station u will feel it more.
There is nothing I or any person can do for now till election period, even uber and bolt we have not won the fight against dem it is now govt we wan challenge.

I had a strange experience today. I brought fuel while on a trip this morning and to my suprise, my rider collected money for the six minutes spent therein.
She asked how much and i responded its just 60 naira; she exclaimed what( with that expression as in too small)
But lo&behold, she collected the 60 naira cash from me.
It is well o.

Hi, I need an answer to this. God bless you.

I bought a Camry 2.4 this January. I have serviced it 3 times with Mobil xhp. Only 3 times.

I want to revert back to the original 5w30 that was recommended. Is it advisable to do this?

Gazzuzz and Radautoworks, your input is needed. Thanks.

I do no one a favour, I'm in for strictly business.

People i started this business with, have sold off their cars and move, when they were taken low weekly rental, i warn them on the long run, is not sustainable. That same car will grow old within 1year/6months, they thought i was too harsh and greedy.

During lockdown i withdraw all my cars, i can't do low rental fee.

Today my fleet is growing, call me evil, i don't care, all i am trying to do is survive in this harsh business environment.

This are the rider peeps4u want uber to increase their fair.

Economy downturn will take down alot of small business owners like us, if we are not tough or careful.

Corolla i import from America for 220 naira per dollar during GeJ, then i was enjoying 50k rental while i bought the car cheap.

Today i bought the car much expensive with dollar rate at 465, then maintenance is also expensive, then rental is low.

Have you ever think about this, that owner you're presently driving his car with low rental fee might not be able to buy another one? Or even have money to fix the car when it requires high volume of maintenance.

Then you will move on and find another car.

I think you're in support of the current low fares and will even welcome further fare reduction, so why are you complaining. You should know that your income in this business is directly proportional to the fares. Abeg make bolt even slash the fares into 2, las las una go either collect 10k weekly or withdraw una cars

The 1 Star ⭐️ rating one evil woman gave me yesterday just showed on my rating because she added stop and I told her I don’t wait.

Before the trip I already profiled the old lady as an extremist and a trouble maker with her fake accent. Picked her from somewhere around Onikan, I started the trip and saw mega plaza Idowu Martins, when I turned at Kofo Abayomi so I can link Idowu Martins from there, naso madam talk from back......

Madam: You’ll need to find somewhere comfortable to park because mega plaza is first stop, from there we’ll go to the bank before you take me to my house.

lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

Me: I don’t wait

Madam: What do you mean you don’t wait? Why didn’t you tell me before starting the trip so I could have canceled and requested for a more reasonable driver shocked , am I not paying for this rider? I have the privilege of three stops shocked

Me: You didn’t mention it to me before now that you’ll be making stops.

Madam: You are such a terrible person, your car is terrible...I knew I was going to regret stepping in to this car. You shouldn’t be working with this company. Nonsense

Me: **No words said** I just they drive go destination
I end trip, saw 500, 200 discount; total 700. Showed it to her, she said she needs to get her receipt before she can pay (in my mind ontop 500). I told she will only get it after I must have confirmed her payment and I can only do that when I get my money.

She paid, when she stepped out of the car she slammed my door so hard I was mad. I immediately got down with the mind to curse her out but a voice quickly told me to remain calm and just let it go.

F*cking riders! Always mad when that can’t have their way.
