... and that is the reason you think is genuine portal? The official Npower denied it, so what would be the reason to provide your details in a platform that is said to be scam by the Npower? Let's be guided in putting our details online.
Even if Npower has not denied it; by the nature of the site you will know is not genuine.

I created an account and since then the site is not working. I tried it just now, it's still the same error.
I used chrome and tried oprea mini too
