We were looking at Sergino Dest as the backup right back for long but things have cooled in that area.

I have heard of Brozovic rumors too but I am not sure he mirrors Thiago perfectly. Maybe Kimmich can develop into that deep lying playmaker with Goretzka and Tolliso being the workers.

That said, I won't mind Brozovic. Kimmich Muller and Leonidas will probably be the preferred starting option

Brozovic definitely has the skills. He might not mirror Thiago with same consistency but he has similar passing range and skillset.

Brozovic is a baller, not necessarily elite but my real problem is his age and price. €40m for a 28 y.o is not smart business. Perhaps we replace Thiago from within. Kimmich can do what Thiago did, perhaps with a bit less flair but he can do a job
