I think it may be the shipping logistic fault, package has signs of having been packed at a place for too long. Dust, signs of wear and tear. Meaning package may have stayed weeks at a place. I tire.

I later went to the PO yesterday. They told me aliexpress is just wasting my time that there is no such thing as a written evidence they can provide. I just kuku leave there saddened.

You can chat the seller up. I'm currently doing something like that.

An item that I had ordered since July on SingPost but is stuck on "despatched to overseas". I'm impatient and think of ordering another but this time exploring the DHL option. Item itself cost 9k but 64k or thereabout for the DHL shipping. I chatted the seller on my predicament and he/she asked me to "place order but do not pay" and then he/she would check what can be done about the shipping fee.

I'm optimistic I should be able to negotiate it down to around 15k at most.

Check same product on Alibaba and negotiate shipping.

And please when you want to select your reason to cancel the order, look for the worst possible options that implicates the seller and select it. I think there is an option for "seller changed the item price" as one of the options.

Note that the seller would beg you to select "others" as the reason for cancellation. Please do not oblige him/her.

after it says refund complete,u have to wait btw 3 to 20 working days.aliexpress has paid the money when it says refund complete,its left for ur bank to process it for u.

I think the major problem for despatched to overseas is not from aliexpress. Mine has been in despatched since August 8. So I decided to call nipost number that I found online yesterday evening. The guy that picked asked for my tracking number and told me go to the post office today. My package is already there, and I got it this morning. And it's still in despatched
