Pls who has good info on cummins energy, I would like to know the salary structure for entry level staff (Admin, Engineering, HSE and etc) and the working environment generally.

Its not about HND/BSC it's about the job position. Some earn well over 250/260 with the same HND/BSC, I started with 100, then it dropped to 96, the 94 due to tax and pension. Now its just an inch over 100 and its my 2nd year. There are CPGNL, CESN and CWAL, all under Cummins and I tell u CWAL and CPGNL both have nice allowances aside ur pay like cornflakes and rice krispies. But CESN is the garri version. Ur salary is ur salary NO extras. If u are employed under CPGNL and CWAL, th3n you can smile better. Though all 3 will merge soon.

Same here. The problem with these companies is that there's never vacancy. Maybe if i moved out to a better company you can apply for my position.
