Seriously, some South easterners are somnambulists PDP is a party they’ve been laboring faithfully and assiduously since 1999, now that is the time to reap from it, they decide abandoning it to Atiku. The other party which they labeled evil and all sorts of devious names, APC, they want to reap from. What makes one think that he can work in MTN office and expecting the wage from a Globacom company if not a somnambulant? 98 Likes 7 Shares |

Ibo PDP leaders are the biggest and most shameless cowards in Nigeria's political history. At least OUK who is in APC is showing interest, even if he may not even stand a chance he is still showing interest. That is guts. Yet PDP leaders that should have more guts are not even saying anything, they are behaving like slaves. Na only mouth to abuse Buhari dem get. They are a big disgrace to all the PDP-worshipping ibo people everywhere. I suspect ibo PDP leaders are already setting traps for each other over who will be Atiku's next VP. Even Nnamdi Kanu must be ashamed of them in secret. Smh. 90 Likes 4 Shares |

I will curse and swear for any Igbo man who accepts to be VP and will personally campaign against such Efulefu on all my social media handles. I will ask him whether his patron doesn't have two eyes and ears like him, or whether the North has not ruled for at least 10years by 2023. I will await for such Efulefu and i am confident the sell out will be Peter obi. 59 Likes |

Even as a core PDP supporter, I am not happy about this development. I am working with some like-minds to see if we can force Okwute my mentor to come out and declare his interest. He is far more qualified for that office than any other Nigerian alive. PDP must do right by Ndigbo this time around. Enough is enough. I will renounce my support for PDP if the party does not support one of our own for presidency. Mark my words. 45 Likes 2 Shares |

This is an attempt to sow seeds of division in PDP and igbos should be careful not to fall for it. Atiku is what Nigeria needs. Igbos will be compensated for their loyalty at the appropriate time. We must think Nigeria first. Tribalism will not move us forward in this country. 6 Likes 4 Shares |

Ugoji should go and rest and allow PDP to do their work.... Morever, it's against INEC law to start marketing or campaigning for a candidate when a date isn't put forth... Expecting PDP to air their plans this early is just stupid thinking.... in the games of politics, PDP is more experienced than APC and they have a working committee to understudy qualified candidates to emerge in a sellable condition..... Allow them to do their job and stop bringing up children's politics.... 7 Likes 2 Shares |

(2) Political parties needs money to sustain their operations.South east igbos havent contributed much financially to the party. Anybody that pays the party bills will take control that is why Atiku hijacked PDP from wike after decamping in less than 2 months. In APC Tinubu is in charge because he got everything he needed in terms of financial strength, political structure and international connections. The likes of el-rufai, fayemi, and ameachi that can't keep control his state party structure re no match for Tinubu in Apc. 2023 might be a battle of two biggest spenders in Nigeria political terrain. Ibos have never have the ambition of ruling Nigeria but contended with their traditional VP role, it was the realization that the Yorubas will likely clinch the APC ticket for 2023 and go on to become President that is pushing them, the whole attempt is just to see if they can stop the Yorubas in 2023 and not that they are genuinely interested in becoming the president In 2011 and 2019, Ibos gambled on PDP. In 2011 and 2019, Yorubas gambled on APC. So it’s justice and equity to seek ticket from the party you gambled on and invested in for your reward, that is the definition of equity 51 Likes 9 Shares |

The way I see it is that even though Igbos have been loyal to PDP, there is no point PDP fielding an Igbo man in 2023 if it will mean victory for Tinubu and APC 4 Likes |

helinues: You know too well tht APC as a party do not obey laws.... But will be quick to point fingers and will use the federal power to pin down other people if they follow their steps.... PDP is mature and have been following due process to every electoral regulations.... APC is a mistake party and I wouldn't be surprised if Kalu will be forced on the people since the Arewas had given their consent and support for him... 2 Likes 1 Share |

I don't even understand people ooh Who told them south east is not guning for the PDP ticket ? The silence from igbos is unsettling to most yorubas ...osibanjo and tinubu are still scared to declare interest Politics is not by mouth ...when they start selling form una go see Igbos are getting APC and PDP ticket Apc is sure already ... PDP we just need to ask atiku to relax ....it's not easy but if he refuse we beat him at the polls 5 Likes |

kingzizzy:if APC field a southerner in 2023 they will win election. PDP might repeat the mistake that made them lost power in 2015 . Jonathan ambition in 2015 tore PDP apart, if he conceded power to North balkanization of PDP might not happen and APC will not have won. 11 Likes 2 Shares |

all I see are ewedu eating creatures who are pretending to love Igbos while it's for there own interest lol see Yoruba telling Igbos what to do , since when ? so you want to use your Muslim advantage to appeal to the core northerners to vote base on religion ...for now igbo interest will be served under a northern candidate, a liberal at that politics is all about interest and not sentiment.if Yoruba want to protect our interest let them project for all igbo affair just like we did in 1999 .Yoruba we are not fools instead Yoruba to be president by crook using this PDP should give Igbos ticket while APC Yoruba ,you damn stup*d to think like an*mal .usel**ss imb*ciles 18 Likes 2 Shares |

kingzizzy:I am sure you didn't read the part where the writer said PDP will lose the presidential polls if SE does not fly the ticket. I personally will work the work the ensure that. PDP may win governorship/gubernatorial polls in the region but will fail catastrophically in the presidential polls under that region. 21 Likes 1 Share |

Brooklynsouth: Wow, you meant Igbo pushed for the Yorubas interest in 1999 by voting overwhelmingly for the imposed Northern choice. That's great. You want ewedu people to protect your interest, aren't you ashamed Igbochief001: The bolded statement should give you some cold, ain't it? Your overbloated ego made you not realize that you weren't considered in the decision making of APC talkless of granting you the best position or what comes close to it. flyingpig:You really think an Umahi or Obi will win the Presidency under PDP as opposition? Anyways, it is good for the ginger ooo...@ least when you ginger, the APC might say ok....let's do like 1999 and all parties should zone it to SE, that is what Ohanaeze and co. are doing which is good. You ginger like the SW did in 1998...which is fine...just maybe. But, let me tell you....It is not politically "actualisable" at this time, especially in opposition....NO. 4 Likes 1 Share |
