Part of the corruption involved in this deal. As per Nigerian government directives, arbitration should have happened in Nigeria, however, the people who clandestinely pushed through the deal included an arbitration clause for London.

I said from the beginning that Malami is PMB's worst decision/appointment in his administration. All that good corruption fighting energy has been thoroughly washed down the drain. Write it up for Naija history books!
