I don't think 3 days is feasible.You can get it in 5days.

With the electronic passport u will need NIN.so am definitely sure it's the old passport u did

All the tips you need is in this thread, many have used DIY to get their passports and report back here.

It doesn't have to be Ibadan or any other part of Nigeria

I did mine in ibadan some months ago and got it the following day though it cos me 45k.
Normal is 27k but they told me it will take months beof4 I can get it

You need your NIN and old passport you're renewing with two passport photographs.

Could we say it's a form of punishment? May i know if you know other people that did at same time with yours that must have collected.

I don't think so. I just called again and was told they are still waiting for booklets from Abuja. Was even told to go to their office and confirm if I want to
