I don't believe a Messi exit will dent Barcelona's revenue in the 9 figures. They are too big a club for that to happen. The issue is on the playing side if you hold on to a Messi that may or may not give his best, that could get injured, that could be a victim of Father time and just decline naturally.

I'm looking at your squad, I can't see too much improvement. It's still Busquets, Pique and Lengelenge with Semedo and Alba in that defense. So what's the point of holding on to Messi and wasting another year of the good ones he has left

Depay can play as a number 9, good at set piece, he has the pace which only fati and dembele has(idk of trincao), he is also very strong, IMO he has a lot to offer and at just 25m he’s a steal
