Normal is 27k but they told me it will take months beof4 I can get it

I have an urgent situation, I need to use my Passport as proof of identification for an upcoming exam.
But the Ikoyi office is saying they don't have the 32 page booklet.
Can anyone please suggest solution at all?

Id miss alot If I miss the exam.

If you are unable to reschedule the exam, you may have to forfeit already paid funds and pay for the 64pages because it’s urgent.

Also consider going to a different state to get it or find out if it’s possible to use other government approved ID’s to write the exam.

I'm only allowed to write the exam with the proof of identification I registered with.

How do I forfeit?
Do I cancel the order somewhere? Or I just go to the office and let them know about the decision.

By forfeit i mean forget the money you paid online but maybe try going to their office and speaking to someone, they might advice you how best to go about it. However there is a chance they will tell you that money has gone straight to voicemail.

I tried making payment for 32pages standard e passport yesterday via online through netpost or so which i saw at NIS website, it was requesting for my Card pin which is unusual. Pls is it normal? Can someone advise with alternative

Yes it is, go ahead and pay. I also used net post to pay for my passport.

Most payment platforms ask for your pin then send you and otp to use in completing the transaction.

Ths si much, i later went to zenith and requesting i register on remita to generate a code which i will present at the bank for processing. Let me follow that route and see how it goes.

I did mine at ikoyi and still haven't got it yet and it's been almost 4 weeks since I did my capturing

Did you go back to check and they told you it isn't ready yet?
