Laycon did not do well at all in this case, for 7 days he didn't find time to clarify what he said and the circumstances surrounding it to her, a simple explanation would have sufficed but no, he kept avoiding her. She has requested for his audience a countless number of times but he keeps ignoring her based on the advice of vee, he claims he cared about her, so why not explain to when the incident and how he felt the need not to take an undue advantage her situation at that time. , that would have saved Erica from the outburst.
Erica is a girl that does not hide her feelings. In as much as I am still pained by her escapes in the house, I still believe that she deserves some respect and we all should call a spade a spade.
As for disqualification, she hasn't don't anything that would result to disqualification unless that one happened later.
