Noting difficult there so far they are mixing it with plaster sand.
Actually if it’s to be used only (not commonly used this way) then the rate will be more a little just because it’s dry quickly, if 1st apply on the wall btw 30min it will dry up so it will be difficult to Smooth btw that time (30-40min)

But here you are mixing it with plaster sand so nothing difficult there.

It really didn’t spoil the aesthetics. It just brought mixed feelings and made the build a subject of attention.

The beholder in this case are the guests/visitors/patrons (online and offline) and not the owner.
That’s one part most people don’t get right in commercial builds. It’s not always about what you want but what your customers want.

It has been done severally. Check various threads of Spyder880 for samples. You dont install the ceiling fan directly on the POP, rather on roofing wood or if decking on a specialized hook incorporated into the concrete slab during decking process. Thanks.

I just did one recently. It doesn't have any effect on POP If it's done well. POP doesn't carry ceiling fan. Only the fan hook on decking or on wall pate or roof beam does.

This inquiry was made as someone was consulting u over sand supply but u didnt know am involved . U posted this price quote as if u are the one that wrote the information and pasted on nairaland few days back . I choose to keep calm when i saw it cos i know whoever deals with u is doing so at his own risk . I beg ooo supplier in the house where have i done her wrong ooo. My granpapa no settle for Lagos say make me the grand child come build your house now...

It is. That's why the client opted for another option. Coz to do the kitchen alone would have costed over 500K for just tiles only... By the square meter required
