If you can get another accommodation no problem but you must be alone for 14 days meaning get something like an hotel or 1 bedroom apartment unless you want them to reject your application That's even cheap compared to the one I checked in for a friend Olabola20: |

Doctorfitz: The relationship between them can be easily proven. Her documents and filings with the Irish government will have details of her previous names which should tally with yours. All she needs is to submit proof of her former name and write a letter confirming you are her son. |

Doctorfitz: One key question is how did she become an irish citizen? To reduce complications, let her sponsor him to the UK. He can get visa to visit Ireland and hopefully may land a job there later. Ireland is headache if they are not prepared to be open about everything, I mean lots of paperwork then my candid advice is to consider the UK 1 Like |

The mother’ birth certificate will show her former last name with swear affidavit. A lots of people do this, by bringing in their kids from their former marriage but it’s more easy if the kids are less than 16 years Most of my colleagues that got married again in here brought their kids here but mostly before the kids turn 18 Are you coming in as Undergrad or Postgrad?
