Get a good lawyer with experience in land search, it will cost you some money and time, otherwise you will buy na lair that is more expensive then cost searching and lawyers fee . Is better to spend couple of thousand then loosing millions.

Satin: Satin paint has some sheen to it, and is an excellent choice for hardworking rooms, like kitchens and bathrooms. It stands up exceptionally well to scrubbing and regular cleaning. However, its glossiness highlights wall imperfections like cracks, divots or poorly patched areas.

However, there are also satin paint made for external and interior (walls and ceilings) walls. These days there different paint for different section in a building.

Saw it at a client site

This type of slab is called rip slab. It is commonly used for open space when the slab has a rib beam spanning only along one way.
In the picture above, they use hollow clay pot but one can also used normal sancrete blocks for the void.

The other type is called waffle or grillage type; this is the type where the rib is spanning both ways.

It is actually cheaper than conventional solid slab when the area of the slab is large (larger bay. For example, to build a slab 4.5m x7m one can easily use a one-way rib slab spanning across a shorter span and use the sancrete block 450 x 225 x 225 as the hollow void ( permanent former) Instead of the more expensive conventional solid slab.

9" blocks are stronger than 6" blocks. Also Most columns and beams are 9" wide and they are easily concealed in the block hence the use of 9" blocks .

German floor is a layman term.
Technical term is oversite concrete.
DPC - means damp proof course- it's at this course ,that damproof membrane(nylon ) is laid.
