Ok,I get you.They are many ways to fix that problem.It might happen that we are both coming from different countries where they are different procedures and protocols to follow (in short, laws are not the same around the whole world)
So,I can encourage you to do a research(using Google website) on how in your country they usually deal with that kind of matter.for instance,in my country we are allowed to open the case and the suspect can held two years life sentence in jail. good I love dis ur advice
