Lampard as a new Chelsea coach finds the guys he met at the club to be inadequate for him to achieve his goals, he approached the club management and the club is supporting him with the necessary signings to revamp the squad, where the money comes from is not anyone's business. I wonder why Klopp himself didn't continue with the likes of Benteke, Clyne , Moreno etc that he met at Liverpool , instead he revamped the team but bringing a lot of players, whether cheap or expensive, it doesn't make a difference. Thank you jare, when Pep used the budget of 5 nations to strengthen his defense nobody complain, when we were denied last season to buy players every other rival club were happy, now we buy 3 players for each season they want commit suicide.

And yet we somehow rank bottom half of the Premier League for net spend over the past 5 years, next to Liverpool. You forget sale of Costa, Matic, Oscar, Ramires and many others funded these transfers.

Madrid fans are more sensible than that, Madrid no get issues, we bought and spent up to 300m last season, and have a lots of players that still need to be sold. Anyone claiming to be a Madrid fan shouldn't that confused.
