Rubbish. If the politicians are stealing Millions of Naira even Billions and FG gave just N10,000 to traders who survive on daily basis and yet, still wants this back. Is this not foolishness When you go about giving out N10,000 to market women at a time when election is near all in the name of helping them, why should you expect a repayment?
