If you are the type of person who stores bank details on your phone delete it from your phone right now. If you're the type of person who withdraw from the atm and drop the receipt on the floor, stop it right now. I've seen things with my own eyes. Bankers and ex-bankers are the ones teaching them and they have insiders working with them. The guy who hacked Access bank did a pretty good job and the only reason why they denied it is because they don't want to create panic among customers.

It's most likely for fraud. I.m guessing it's a syndicate. It's almost impossible for one individual to have that many account with all those cards.

This has nothing to do with the long essay you wrote. The person intends to take advantage of the difference between official rates and black market rates by using the cards abroad and later reselling the foreign currency.

It is a waste of effort to clone Nigerian debit cards as they are chip and pin cards not magnetic stripe cards

I read fru all these, the only place I could have seen a crime happening was not mentioned, was the cards all in his NAME OR NO|T,..If all the cards are in his name they should free the man as he found a loophole to forex, so this case is a dead end but if not then he should xplain!
