Scan the vehicle, it could be anything, failing spark plugs, oxygen sensor, ignition/exhaust issues...

Pls next time avoid pouring water on your engine. Since it is obvious you do not have a scanner, locate any auto diagnostic center close to you and tell them to run a scan on the car. Is the car operating normally?

Get any shop that performs on board auto diagnosis. They will scan your engine and tell you what's up.

The scanning alone has zero implications and you can do it yourself (I have a personal scanner). It's the best way to know what the fault is instead of blind trial and error.

I do try and remove dead insects from the front grill and radiator surface . that's full engine wash. But engine bay...nah, that ECUs and wire everywhere omoh, can't risk it
