from the few minutes i watched a bit of the pace but was still dangerous in front of goal. had a couple of chances that he probably should have converted but overall good work out Subzero047: |

And set up two goals. Petagna is very good competition for our lad. A welcome one too. Also, he had to play after his joining up with them was delayed due to him initially testing positive for Covid. Good to see he is back in action hale and hearty indeed. Osimhen may not have scored today (abeg make him no kill himself. Na the 20th be the Koko) but his industry was good to see. He even set up one or two good chances in the second half, especially for Ciciretti which was squandered. Another Good run out. Next up is Sporting Lisbon CP in Portugal on Sunday. Osimhen needs to understand Italian football as soon as possible, the teams close on defense and he doesn't always have space to run. I hope it's not all he can do. But above all many good movements without the ball. 1 Like |

I remember sounding out that Kalu won't be heading to Turkey even when the Galatasaray links came up. Rohr spoke with him and he understood why he had to turn down Turkey. Kalu to Turkey was never going to happen. Philosopher1979: 1 Like 1 Share |

TheSuperNerd: You have EVADED the question completely and started a new narrative to suit your own narrative. You just cannot help yourself. Everything you are saying is subjective and perceptive and concludes with the assumptive. Which football style is better and more effective is open to debate. Even if my personal preference is for technical football. I have seen Mourinho use kick and rush with the long ball to beat Barcelona and Liverpool in teams he has managed. BUT THAT'S NOT THE QUESTION. If a league is poor quality and a team wins promotion to La Liga. The team does not automatically therefore become quality. I asked you to make a comparison of the team composition of Stoke City FC. A mid table Championship team and make a comparison of Huesca team. Player to players, quality players, the actual transfer expenditure cost of players. We can then have an idea of the quality of the league. It's the quality of players in a league that determine it's quality not just the name. Please don't deviate, it's a very a simplistic comparison. I once asked that someone to compare the players transfer expenditure made by just Fulham FC and compare it to the entire a Segunda División expenditure on players transfers coming into the league. These are very objective based units of measurement that bring us to a more substantive appreciation as opposed to an assumptive emotive led inference |

I just went on Napoli’s page and like clockwork, people are criticizing Osimhen. Victor needs to realize that with such a huge price tag, people will be expecting a lot from him. Napoli broke the bank for this lad and will be expecting their money’s worth. That’s just how it is. 2 Likes |

Listen mister. If you won't stay within the bounds of the initial discussion, then you can carry on talking to yourself. You always have loads of irrelevant yammerings muddled up with Gobbledygooks to spill. Have a nice day. komekn: 3 Likes 1 Share |

Bolowolowo: They should go and sit down. There is absolutely nothing to talk about here. Just like they didn't jump off a bridge when he scored back to back hattricks they should also remain mentally stable when he doesn't score. 15 Likes 1 Share |

elyte89: When your son, Haaland went on his goalless show in his side's 4-0 bashing at the hands of Hoffenheim on the last day of Bundesliga 19/20, I no hear your voice. When Haaland fired blanks against lowly Paderborn in a preseason friendly with Jamilu Collins playing CB!!! I also no hear your voice. So make I hear word abeg. Osimhen scored back to back Hattricks and even his stats still read "6 goals and 3 assists in 3 preseason games" so far... So yes he is the Monster Machine and the name is here to stay! 14 Likes 3 Shares

Lol.... Well said My good man. Criticisms my ass. I bet several of the critics are just wailers who still cannot believe an Italian club spent that much on an African player. Victor knows the job and what it comes with. He knows the pressure. Criticisms are part of the game but not when it carries some intended jibe and my goodness! Even Yekini didn't score in the Afcon final when we needed him most but that doesn't make him any less than who he is... the greatest striker we have ever had in history... So far.
