Not topflight. Top flight in Israel is Ligat Ha'al. Adebayo is in the Second tier... .The Ligat Leumit and yes he is doing well.

charlesemeka85:

There is another young goalie in Israeli top flight. Heard he is doing great as well

I will be the first to tk my words bck if nwakali proves me wrong by making a name for himself in almighty laliga this season.

If it happens it's long over due and I will commend him for rising from the dust when many including my humble self gave up on him. Even I will clamor 4 him to be given a chance in the current super eagles team

Chelsea-Owned Midfielder Uwakwe Makes It 4 Goals In 2 Games After Scoring On League One Debut For The Reds
Chelsea loanee Tariq Uwakwe has made a flying start to his Accrington Stanley career, registering his fourth goal in two matches as the Reds recorded a 2-0 win against Peterborough United on the opening day of the League One season, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.

The versatile midfielder scored his first career hat-trick as the Reds demolished Leeds United U21s in the EFL Trophy on Tuesday, September 8 and proved his performance was no fluke by netting against one of the clubs tipped for promotion on his league debut today.

Uwakwe almost bagged an assist just past the half-hour mark as he sent a cross into the box but Dion Charles saw his shot dealt comfortably by goalkeeper Pym.

With the score 1-0 in favour of Accrington Stanley, Uwakwe scored an insurance goal in the 85th minute, curling a brilliant effort past the goalkeeper from just outside the box.

Just as in his first game, the Anglo-Nigerian put in a ninety-minute shift against Peterborough United.

Up next for Uwakwe and his teammates, they travel to the Pirelli Stadium in Staffordshire, where they face Burton Albion on match day two.

Lesley Ugochukwu at Rennes. The possible replacement for Camavinga once he leaves Rennes. You need to watch the lad. Very gifted CDM. And Rohr really likes him. wink

No, not yet. He is still just 16. Born 2004 and was the first of his 2004 Generation at the Rennes Academy to sign a Pro contract with the first team. His time will come. He was majorly in action during the UEFA Youth League which Real Madrid won. Madrid had a 20 yrs old Marvin Akinlabi Park as one of their main players.

Stephen Odey drew a foul in the box and won Amiens a penalty. Amiens converted and now they have halved the deficit.

Amiens 1-2 Paris FC. Game on.

And The Yak in Goal concedes for the first time this season.

His side now leads 3-1.

TheSuperNerd:
Meanwhile in the Slovakian Fortuna Liga, Matthew Yakubu's SKF Sered leads 2-0 vs MSK Zilina.

Yakubu is yet to concede in league games this season and if he goes the next 45 without conceeding, then that will make it four clean sheets in his four league games and five clean sheets overall including cup games.

He hasn't been on holiday either. He's been making a few good saves.

Don't sleep on Yakubu. wink

With Aribo injured, I think it will be wise to invite Kelechukwu Nwakali if he starts well this season, because I don't think there is any better player to fill that void. He has got all the prerequisites to make us not to miss Aribo, good thing he has been fantastic so far, as a deep lying play maker for Huesca in the preseason matches he has played so far.

TheSuperNerd:
Samson Tijani's numbers today...

Sofascore rating of 7.1 (4th highest in the entire game. For context, the highest rating for his opponents was 7.1).

Tijani won 8 of his 9 ground duels showing he is strong in winning the ball and will not be pushed around.

He was also NOT dribbled past once. Apart from the stats, I saw the game so yes I know. wink

Tijani was the most fouled player on the pitch. He was fouled 6 times. Not hard to tell as his grace on the ball and his quick turns on the ball in order to evade his markers or a crowded midfield made the Altach players get a little more aggressive with him. Lad dictated play pretty good.

Tijani made 4 successfully accurate long ball passes out of 6 long ball passes attempted.

Tijani even had a shot on target.

He also made one clearance and two tackles.

He hasn't arrived and it's not eureka but the lad has began the season very well. Hoping to see him keep the consistency and keep maturing in his role. A beautiful midfield talent we have on our hands.

Just extra info: Now his opponents today, SCR Altach just recently signed Chinedu Ogbuke Obasi but he didn't play today.

Obasi, Apam badass players that never made it...sad

Nnaa, is Tijani a midfielder ? Abeg I no read the thing. We need play makers
