I believe GUS can make a comeback if done properly cos they still have loyal fans who wants to see it. This shouldn’t be a competition with BBN, both programs have their market and viewership. Social media wasn’t as it is now when GUS was at its peak but with the right strategy GUS can be back with a bang.
I prefer GUS cos nothing beats that adrenaline rush you get when it’s eviction day or the finale. Besides the life lessons you get about survival instincts, havingto be at your A game to solve those riddles at times with an empty belle, the know how to swim, build a temporary home with bamboo while surviving harsh weather conditions, etc. that’s some experience you’ll never forget. Most importantly GUS was family time- everyone could gather and bond while watching it. It was good times.

You will need to discard the idea that BBN is an immoral show for me to have a discussion about it.

If you think Airtel, Pepsi Co, and others will sponsor por.n, then we shouldn't be having this discussion. You will need to study Airtel's social responsibility policy for us to have a reasonable discussion.

Living in the jungle for a few days is not the reality of an average Nigerian, just in case you're interested in reality.

Sponsors are interested in brand promotion and viewership. Whether the tasks are kindergarten in nature to you or not, the fact is that viewers get the premium entertainment they paid for.
