Mbappe has told Psg that he intends leaving at the end of the season

Should we wait lipsrsealed

Just my thoughts ooo tongue
The fact you actually think United has any chance to sign Mbappe is bold and shocking. Like wtf would you even think that.

I liked what I saw of vdb today.
Rash, vdb and Bruno as the attacking Midfield 3 behind Martial should be an option for us.

Bruno is smart enough to operate from the RW without his levels dropping too badly.

True, but I don’t want any makeshift players for that RW again. The club should be smart enough to bring in a natural RW.

Placing our best player in a makeshift position is not advisable for any serious club. He became the best player by playing in his position of strength, not makeshift.

Van da Beek is looking like someone that will displace Matic easily

Quick with the ball... Always dashing forward... Mad passes... Outside shots... Perfect signing

Shaw was great also... Daniel James with a crazy buildup

Dalot is lost.... We need Sancho laslas.... That wing is dead

From the highlights I saw Luke Shaw delivered at least 2-3 dangerous balls into the 18 yard box yesterday and there was no one to connect with it. He seems to be getting serious. What he needs is competition.

What everybody needs is competition.

Not necessarily displace Matic, more like improve the squad depth.

I had so much hope for Dalot, don’t get what’s going wrong with him.

That has been our problem sometimes last season. We need to be clinical. We lost to Sevilla because of this.

Anyway let's hope Bruno, Martial and Pogba will bring the needed bite to the team. Rashford need to sit up ooo. He is a senior member of the team now.
We might be in for a repeat of last season if we got no top RW.

That guy Rashford though, once his nonsense starts it becomes annoying to watch.

He is doing a good job of it himself.

Journalists did not force him to invite girls over breaking quarantine in a foreign country. Journalists did not force him to allow himself to be recorded inhaling a gas that has the potential to cause brain damage or at least render you unconscious.

As these things keep adding up you have to start asking if he has the intelligence or discipline to fulfill his potential.

See wetin the best finisher for the club dey do angry

Anyway, if Giggs became a legend, I believe Mason too can.

I don't agree entirely with the bold. There are world class players versatile in 2 to 3 different positions comfortably. Alaba, kimmich, milner just to name a few.

How is Milner a world class player?

There are just few players that are world class in different positions that's because they have high level of intelligence to play those positions pretty well. It's either you are a specialist for the RW or not that's what United should be going for.

Single error led to the goal

I'm of the opinion that errors will always be committed.

My concern is we played 90mins without a goal.
I also noticed that we had very few players in the opponent's box when we attack in their half and when crosses came in.

The English Press have found their next scapegoat in Greenwood
I hope he survives through this period. There should be a limit to how news is portrayed concerning people of young age. I doubt if the media cares about their mental health.

But greenwood sha, I just hope he pulls through all this. The thing come be like attack.

Maguire lost his man for the goal. That was Villa's only real chance in the first half.

Maguire, Lingard, James, and i think Rashford had chances and we could have been 4-1 up in the first half alone.

VDB and McTominay were good in the midfield. Shaw was excellent at LB.

Rashford and James might continue to be problems this season. We need another wing-forward badly.

This is why a competition for places is crucial in any top team angry

A match where we could have been 4-1 up in the first half, ended up losing 0-1. Smh

I can infere, but when you see numbers like 8/2, 11/8, 27/14 and the likes, how do you interpret that?
In terms of maths a way to express fractional Odd 8/11 is 8 divided by 11 which equals 0.72 which interpret is to 1.72 in Decimal Odd. currently odd is going down . presently is 4/9 which translate to 1.44 Decimal Odd.

This is one of the major reasons we struggle to score. Not enough people in the box. You see Rashford, Pogba, Fred, the fullbacks and even Martial the CF at times all watching from outside the box as the ball is delivered from the flanks. Once the ball misses the intended target the chance is gone.

We still need a LB though.

Shaw is Fragile and can get injured anytime

Watching the 2nd half now. Maguire has been quietly making errors all game long. TFM was actually better. Otem help us.

Once again i do not blame the media at all. The media did not force him to inhale the gas or allow himself to be recorded.

Someone in Greenwood's circle supplied the video. The person would have kept on going round all the news outlets until he found someone willing to pay him enough money for the video.

One way or the other the video was bound to come out once Greenwood's friend(s) decided to cash in. Greenwood was the fool that allowed himself to be in that position.

The media's job is to report and publicize events not protect immature stars.
Well said

I just hope this doesn't affect his game play

Exactly . That is the point of clamouring for another left back. It's not because Shaw is not a good left back , but because of his injury problems.

It won't. From the video, the event happened over a year ago. After the National team incident, some hoe he partied with in the past probably sold the picture to a gossip tabloid for some change. And more will probably come up in future because Mason looks like someone that like to party wella.

I'm sure the seniors in the team will probably teach him how to party discreetly , away from the eyes of the media, cos he's now a celebrity. grin

Whether we like it or not , our favourite players do crazy shits when partying grin , albeit most of those party are private and coded ones.

Those UK tabloids did worse to Sterling in the past. It made him became matured faster

The guy has supreme confidence so this should not affect him. If however he continues to demonstrate poor judgement he might pay for it down the line.

But do we really need Thiago? I don't understand why Manchester United is hell-bent on signing him when we've got all the midfielders we need. Our main concern now should be how to sign a RW, an attacking LB and an aggressive CB to cover for Maguire since we're stuck with him for now.
LMFAO......Are you joking or actually serious? If we have the chance to sign Thiago then it's a no brainier. He will arguably be our best midfielder.

We should send him on loan or sell him with buy back clause. He is wasting minutes we should use for Williams or Laird.

The guy made mistakes all through the game and not to talk of his pullouts that were all going toward the opposite corner flag.

Am I the only one tired of this Sancho drama?

How about we spend all that money on improving the squad.

Reguilon .... €30M

Thiago ....... €30M

Ismaila Sarr or David Neres .... €50M
Forget about Neres but Sarr won't be a bad stop-gap signing if we can't get Sancho plus he will be cheap.

Footballers don't have all their life to play professional football. Before you know, he's 25 with lots of poor judgment. Away from sports, one can actually start their career at late 20s or in their 30s. This is not so for footballers

Allow them. As if I was a public figure playing for Man Utd at 18.

What an 18yr old unknown boy at Rumuola will do and get away with an 18yr old boy playing for Man Utd won’t be able to get away with.

That is where judgement comes in.

But it is easier to blame the British media.
