Hello Guys,

I need some portable advice.

The school I will be applying to require that WAEC sends my secondary results directly to the their admission office in Norway. They don't need the scratch card.

Should I go to WAEC office and tell them that I want to send the results abroad. Please, how do I go about this, has anyone gone through this process before?

I saw this Norway travel regulations on the Air Emirate website. I just hope things get normal by next year so that Norway will accept international students.

Yeah, I did. I emailed the school, so they said scratch card is fine to check the result online. No need of mailing hard copy to them in Norway.

Sorry for bringing this back, i just want to know if the grading system has changed

The Artic university of Norway (UiT) pegged their 65% as an upper second class

Is that a UiT thing or generally grading has changed
I believe Nigeria now uses a 4-point scale, while Norway still uses the same 6-point scale.

Starflux and Olowujohn, as regards job losses.

What are the prospects of a software/web/ML developer?

How are tech jobs there and how easy/difficult are they to get?

I plan going as a student next year, while hustling on the side with tech jobs and hopefully landing permanent.

Thanks
Tech jobs are fairly easy to get from my understanding of the labor market.

GRACE is the Alpha and Omega. All these job opportunities/no job opportunities doesn't move me. The 2 major nuggets are:
1) pray for Grace
2) NETWORK
Then understanding of the language(this is minor).
The aforementioned nuggets have been pivotal to me.
I graduated last yr December, I got a Graduate Data Analyst job by January 2nd at V.I.
I don't play with networking and God's Grace..

We shall all make it!

Lol. It's not that we are that-rich. We are just trying to secure a better, saner life for us,kids and family which is lacking in our dear country. The block sum is worrisome tbh but it doesn't get better(in Nigeria tho) and it doesn't get lesser(the block sum). We are just keeping our feet on the pedal trying to make our 1+1=2 and surely we shall achieve it..

And Yes! The money is okay for one's sustainability though it's subjective but a prudent spender should be able to. A breakdown of the yearly expenses indicated on the website showed it should be more than enough for a prudent spender.

The block account is not only the requirement for an admission. There are other factors/requirements in place too but to me it's the most herculean of the requirements.
