We are not supporting The Glazers and Ed but if they bring money to spend, spend it wisely. Well, I don't watch the Bundesliga except highlights. The little I have seen from Sancho is courtesy of the UCL and when he is away with the national team. From what I have seen of Sancho, I won't spend more than 70m on him. He is a good player, very good but at the same time inconsistent.

If you consider how he has fared in the UCL (I am deliberately leaving out his performances for England as they don't have a coach), you might as well make do with Greenwood...

What most folks here don't get is that if you sign Sancho for 108m, there's no way he won't start every match as long as he is fit and where does that leave Greenwood? I believe Greenwood has a higher ceiling than Sancho and will be better than him in no time that's why I prefer we sign a lower profile player who can still do the job and at the same time won't mind a place on the bench every now and then.

Look at the signing of Bruno, do these kinds of signing 4 out of 5 times you will be settled for 5 seasons while generational academy players emerge, while still signing smartly and then occasionally breaking the transfer record.
