Yes, i agree with you on this that 2m might not be enough to finish the property since the cost of materials varies with location. But with my own knowledge and experience as a building contractor, i will spent 2m or a little above it to finish the work.
The rental income breakdown is 200k per annum for 3 bedroom and 150k per annum for 2 bedroom minimum.
