The HMs are not smart to you because you are watching them.

Neo is perceived as a strong hm, reason they were surprised when he made bottom 4.

Ebuka then reminded Neo about his "Oracle" game, he resumed again. More reason for them to think he's strong.

Laycon is perceived to be weak, reason they nominated him. Same as Tricky.

Ozo and Neo are close, you don't expect Dora to manipulate them into picking Vee who was once a guest to Ozo in the HOH lounge and Neo's babe.

The HMs have every reason to do what they did tonight. Biggie had to come up with the twist because he knows Neo and Vee got high chances of surviving it, they need to make money this week because it will be a war of "Who will make the finale". In the finale, they won't make money because People won't vote well against Laycon.

The smart housemates know that once you are part of that bottom 4, it means you are weak. That's why anyone that was part of the bottom 4 kept on expecting to hear their name the next week. Even Kidd and some other housemates discussed it I think after the 1st eviction.

Them Laycon group were very close to picking Neo because they knew he was the weakest, it was Vee that kept on distracting them, then Laycon now thought that them Dora and Ozo fans would have exhausted their savings while voting last week. That's how Neo survived.

Them Ozo group, Dora started reasoning well before oh, she was the one that even suggested that they should review their nomination history, but her infatuation with Laycon now made her to call his name. Ozo picked Vee. So it was Dora that was the silly one here. She even said Laycon was the strongest in the group, so I don't understand how she still ended up picking Laycon.
