Well, I grew up quite exposed , so, i guess that should be why. Plus, i just adore those F.R.I.E.N.D.S mugs mum bought in London as far back as the year 2001. I use it cuz it feels vintage to me and is of good quality as proven by its durability nearly 19 years now. And yes, I is a full-blooded Nigerian pesin.

I enjoyed it without a single guilt.
The best part? It didn't absorb oil.

Very simple.
Just overripe bananas, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

First, you mash up the bananas, then you sift in some flour, some baking powder and a little salt (let's say one leveled teaspoon of baking powder per cup of flour), then you mix until smooth with quite a thick consistency, allow to sit for some few minutes while your oil gets hot.
Scoop and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Another plus is that it is instant, unlike puffpuff which you'll need to allow to rise.
