Is this a case of my corruption is ok but your corruption needs to be prosecuted? Why are you supporting an obviously corrupt man that has mortgage your future?
Mind you that bullion van will prevent Tinubu from smelling the presidency, he made a gross error in judgement and his response when asked by saying the money in the van is his to share as he pleases nailed his fate.
trutht828:

Yeah, he needs to lecture your parents on how to make money from drug dealing and still win election in case your father plans to do both in the future

So it's no more factual evidence of indictment or prosecution to a crime, it is now about knowing a criminal?

Ibo people sef..

Are the Americans who indicted him and seized his $460,000, Igbo?

You don’t know that he was the major financier of NADECO. In any case, it does not change the fact that he was indicted for drug charges and forfeited the related money.

Look at how some people are defending an obviously corrupt BAT...

The solution to this matter is simple, let Lagos state domestic the FOI Act...

In the corruption capital of the world, yes. And it is against the money laundering act, which prohibits moving more than N5 million naira physical cash for civilians.

And also an electoral crime inducing voters.

How much was in the Bullion van?
Any evidence that this contradict the law?
Can you paste a copy of the withdrawal form from the bank to support your accusations sir?

He had not one with two kingpins of cocaine that had a network that stretched from Chicago to West Africa as directors in Compass Investment ,which was a private company and not public company.

Your arguments look like mere beer parlour gossip inchorently delivered.

A public Company in this case doesn't necessarily mean a PLC.

Members of the board of directors can act independently of one another.

And so , a public finance and investment company has many directors who ain't related in anyways but share holders

Volpi , Atiku and Tinubu are current owners of INTELS Logistics all members have directors representing them so should we blame actions of Atiku nominated director and board members on Italian Volpi? Stop trying to defend the indefensible.

.
Stop trying to defend the indefensible. It really makes you look stupid

In most companies, depending on the types, directors are chosen from the shareholders (Investors) in the companies or someone representing the shareholders.

You can't be a director in International Breweries or John Holts, if you aren't a shareholder

Argue your case intelligently and stop playing to sentiments.

If the case gets to a law courts, sentiments will not win your arguments.

You don't need the FOI to fight your battles against Tinubu either in the court or on social media where you have already declared him guilty.

Why can't you sue Tinubu directly to court, he has no immunity?

"In 1989, Moss said in an affidavit, Tinubu established an individual money market account, into which he deposited $1,000 in traveler’s checks, and a negotiable order of withdrawal account (NOW) at First Heritage Bank in Country Club Hills, Illinois. The address Tinubu gave the bank was the same as the listed headquarters of Globe-Link International, the front company owned by Akande and his relatives."

https://www.thedailybeast.com/nigerian-pres-svengali-tied-to-heroin?ref=scroll

Tinubu was very close with the cocaine kingpin Akande. Why are you denying the fact he was very close with the two cocaine kingpins and knew them intimately and not some random investors?

You don't seems to understand the law.

An accussed can only be held responsible for HIS crimes and not the crimes committed by his very close friends, father, mother, brother, spouse or business associate.

The fact that your roommate and a close friend in school was a cultist who raped a fellow student doesn't mean you can be accussed of the same crimes.

Intelligent argument, backed by concrete EVIDENCE win cases in courts.

Was Tinubu ever convicted in any court in the US?

How will that work when the state government refuses to release information needed to show the grand larcerny that was & is still occuring in Lagos?

If I go to court & the state government refuses to release the necessary documents to verify my petition, how can I make headway?

Just the little information released by ambode on fash's corruption has not seen light of day at EFCC much less bat's...

Even at that, what is EFCC doing with the petitions against him on the Bullion vans & AlphaBeta issues?

Money laundering act barely stated "Transaction" ,for easier assimilation for someone like you "Payment" beyond 5 million must be reported by banks to Anti Graft Agency , no law prohibits anybody from moving any amount of self owned physical cash

You can only induce voters at polling units in the day of Election as a candidate or party agent, Budillion drive Ikoyi Lagos is a private residence not a polling booth

Give use any evidence that the bullion vans contain 5 million and more

.
So, you are saying that the bullion van contained #10 and #5 notes abi Don't be a fool. We both know that the vans contained more than 5 million Naira.

Obsession over Tinubu

.

What do you mean by obsession over Tinubu?

Why is Tinubu making a public broadcast on Edo Election? Is he the party chairman in the state or the country?
In what capacity did he make the broadcasts?

Tinubu is fighting a political battle in collaboration with Oshiomole to keep their political hopes alive. So don't blame Edolites who attack him.

Quit trying to be intelligent by half. Do you not know what the money is for?

He is not alone in that practice though. Its what all of them do. Its just that the quantity of his own money was too much to be transported by ordinary vehicles.
