Am I the only one having this problem, the number of questions answered in my quality report does not always correspond with the number of questions I answered. Out of content tool is 0 for both hs and college.

No be only you. Sometimes it'll be more than, sometimes it'll be less than. I guess it's counting error

A week is 5.00am on Sunday to 4:59am Sunday.
Nigerian Time. If you calculate that way...it Tally's.

The time the report uses is GMT -5.

So, questions you answer Monday before 5 am will be at the previous week, not the week you answered it

Sorry for my late response, if this is the case shouldn't they add the answers to the next quality report? For some time now, my quality report always comes with a reduction in the number of questions I answered in that particular week, and it is always by 4. Let's say in week 1 I answered 10 questions, QR comes and they say it is 6. Then I answer 20 in week 2, QR comes out on Friday and they say it's 16. It's been occuring back to back. embarassed

If you keep a detailed count, there are some months where it will be higher. But if you have done so and you feel its an error, you can mail them. But its auto extracted..so chances of error are slim.

In part b, the answer you gave for mass flow rate into the first turbine is actually the one for mass flow rate into the second turbine.
